<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span class="Podnaslov" style="color:#993300;">Priprema</span></strong><span style="color:#993300;"><br />
Ulupati belanca, dodati kašiku po kašiku šećera i na kraju žumanca.  Dodati ostale sastojke i dobro izmešati. U pouljenu tepsiju ređati kore i posipati filom dok se ne potroši sav materijal.  Poslednju koru pokvasiti kiselom vodom i premazati uljem. Pre pečenja iseći na kocke.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#993300;"><strong>Preliv</strong><br />
Skuvati vodu sa šećerom, na kraju dodati sok od 2 limuna. Kada je baklava pečena preliti VRUĆ kolač VRUĆIM prelivom. Dekorisati kolutovima limuna.</span></p>

<p align="justify"><b><font color="#993300">Priprema</font></b><br />
<font color="#993300">U jednu šerpu staviti šećer, zaliti vodom i malo prokuvati 4–5 min (da se šećer otopi). Dodati orahe, keks i umućen margarin. Skloniti sa ringle, dobro izjednačiti i masu podeliti na dva dela. U jedan deo dodati 3 štangle rastopljene čokolade i dobro promešati. Obe mase (masa sa čokoladom i masa bez čokolade) ostaviti oko 15 min u frižider da se malo stegne. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#993300">Na jedan poslužavnik oblikovati tortu ili pravougaonik oko 20 cm širine. Prvo naneti deo sa čokoladom (crni) pa beli i na kraju preliti glazurom od čokolade. </font><font color="#993300">Čokoladi dodati parče putera (veličina oraha) na smanjenoj temperaturi rastopiti i preliti preko zadnjeg dela (belog). Ostaviti do služenja u frižider. Može da se seče kao štanglice, a može i kao parčići torte.</font></p>

Zamesiti sastojke za koru i peći je u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 200° 30 minuta.  Kad je kora gotova, umutiti belanca i šećer u čvrst sneg i sipati na koru. Sušiti na 100° oko 20 min. Kolač izvaditi iz rerne, rastopiti čokoladu sa uljem i sipati je na kolač kao glazuru. Staviti malo da se ohladi pa iseći kolač na kocke. Može se služiti uz kafu.</font></p>

<p align="justify"><b><font color="#800000">Priprema</font></b><font color="#800000"><br />
Dobro umutiti belanca, dodati žumanca i još malo mutiti. Dodati ½ mleka, brašno, so, šećer, mutiti dok se ne razbiju grudvice brašna, dodati ostalu polovinu mleka i vodu, sve zajedno izjednačiti i ostaviti 30 min. da stoji.</font></p>
<p><font color="#800000">Posle tog vremena, kutlačom uzimati testo, i u specijalan tiganj za palačinke (koji se ne podmazuje) ili običan, sipati kašiku ulja koje se zagreje i izlije u drugu posudu, peći palačinke. Peći ih s obeju strana dok ne porumene. Pečene palačinke filovati po želji.</font></p>

<p align="justify"><font color="#800000"><strong><font>Priprema</font></strong><br />
Kilogram oštrog brašna staviti u činiju, napraviti mali krater, pa u sredinu staviti 2 žumanca i 1 celo jaje, na vrh noža soli, 2 kašike šećera, 2 kesice vanilin šećera i 50 g rastopljenog margarina. Sve sastojke zamesiti sa mešavinom mlakog mleka i vode, u kojoj je rastopljen kvasac. Testo dobro izmešati, rukom ili mikserom, sve dok se ne odvoji od posude.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Masu posuti brašnom, prekriti salvetom i ostaviti da naraste. Premesiti i razviti oklagijom debljine 1 cm. Čašom ili modlom vaditi testo i pržiti na dobro zagrejanom ulju. Najbolje je uzeti dublju manju šerpu, ali sipati veću količinu ulja da se krofne dobro isprže. Pržene krofne posuti šećerom u prahu. Možete ih špricem napuniti džemom ili eurokremom.</font></p>

<p align="justify"><font color="#800000"><strong><font>Priprema</font></strong><br />
Umutiti dobro belanca, dodati postepeno šećer i nastaviti s mućenjem, mikserom (najača brzina) još 25 – 30 min. Posle 25 min. mućenja dodati limunov sok i nastaviti s mućenjem još 5 min. Pripremljenu masu staviti u špric.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">Pleh obložiti papirom za pečenje, formirati puslice i staviti da se peku. Peći ih na 150°C 10 min., smanjiti temperaturu na 120°C i peći još 8 min. Posle ovog vremena smanjiti temperaturu na 100°C i nastaviti pečenje – sušenje još 8 min. Pri zadnjem smanjenju temperature, preko puslica staviti papir za pečenje. Izvaditi gotove puslice, ostaviti da se ohlade i servirati.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#800000">P. S. Na jedan belanac ide 5 kašika šećera i jedna čajna kašičica limunovog soka. Po želji dodati malo prehrambene farbe ili iseckanih oraha. Puslice se mogu formirati i kada se masa uzima dvema kašičicama tako što se masa jednom kašičicom uzme, a drugom s iste skida.</font></p>
